DISCLAIMER: The City of Reno’s Emergency Communications Division (ECOMM) answer 9-1-1 calls for the City of Reno, and portions of Washoe County. ECOMM dispatches calls for the Reno Police Department, Washoe County Sheriff Office’s Northern Area, University of Nevada, Reno; Truckee Meadows Community College Police Department, Reno and Truckee Meadows Fire Departments, Sierra Fire Protection District, various volunteer Fire Districts and Departments, Washoe County Alternative Sentencing Unit, and the Reno Marshal’s Office.The data on this page is taken directly from the City of Reno’s Emergency Communication’s Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. This information is compiled in CAD when call takers and dispatchers at ECOMM enter information received from the public and public safety personnel. Once ECOMM personnel enter the information it can not be deleted and/or changed. The information presented here is the creation of ECOMM dispatch operations staff, and has not been filtered, changed or altered from its original entry. In accordance with Nevada Public Records Laws, data that contains personal or confidential information and data that if revealed, may cause a threat to public safety personnel has been removed from the display.
